I have used dependable auto shippers twice myself a BMW from KC to FL.. And this time my Maserati from KC to CA..And recommended you to my cousin who used you from KC to Texas...

When I picked up the vehicle I was in a hurry. I was heading out of town to take the CA BAR exam and was not in any mood to get into a discussion about the car.

My stick shift was broken and the inside drivers side had grease on the carpet and dirty. I was not happy with the end result.

Also customer service can be improved. I flew in on a Saturday evening and was told NO WAY I could get my car until Monday. I was told that I could NOT pick up my vehicle on SUNDAY..They said someone was there on the lot but could not release cars...I get a call from your pick-up location SUNDAY to tell me my car was here ready for pickup they said I could come get my car on SUNDAY someone is there until dark...Since I was told previous that I could NOT get the vehicle on Sunday I had no arrangements to pick up..The pick-up location was an hr away from my hotel.

I had a hard time getting anyone to answer phones for questions..Automated system which I do NOT like.
Drop off location in Raytown was excellent! McCoy towing very helpful and professional.
