The pickup was done on time from my residence.
Once the car was loaded onto a truck, the website only shows 'in-transit', when actually the truck had broken down and was being repaired.
My first suggestion is that the website should have a location that is more specific if possible.Especially if the vehicle is in a hub.

The delivery was completed early (fortunate for me) but it was still a surprise.

There was a billing glitch at the local office that went unnoticed until I was reviewing my bank account. When notified of the glitch, the owner of the office was very prompt in correcting the problem.
