This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and DAS made it very easy. Other shippers quoted approxmiately $400 more for the same service DAS provided. My vehicle was picked up and shipped in an enclosed trailer and arrived 1 week ahead of schedule. Customer service support was excellent and I would gladly use DAS again.
My one recommendation is the DAS GPS tracking. Sure, you can log in and track the status of your vehicle however it is not trully "real time". Given the technological capabilites these days you would think DAS would have real time GPS on board each of their trailers. This is not the case. You can only see the "status" of the shipment, not the actual location of the vehicle in transit.
Upgrade your GPS tracking capabilities and I would gladly give DAS a 5 Star rating.
