This is the first time I purchased an eBay car. I read numerous negative reviews regarding this company and was hesistant to use them. I also read some positive reviews. I kept in mind that usually the people who are angry write reviews. Their quoted rate was lowest and I was not in a hurry to receive the car, so I decided to use DAS. The person taking my order was very nice, and arranged a pick up in 72 hours. While I am not sure about the satellite system tracking being accurate (it showed the car in Huntsville, Alabama one evening and, about 12 hours later, in Las Vegas, Nevada), I was happy to see it was on schedule. I was even more delighted when I checked the tracking the next day and saw it was at the terminal nearest to me, ahead of schedule. I received a call from DAS the next day to make arrangements for delivery to my house.

The driver was concerned about being able to navigate my narrow street and we made arrangements to meet a few blocks away. As I was leaving my driveway, I was surprised to see his big truck coming towards me. The driver was also very nice.

The car arrived a day earlier than the estimate.

My experience in dealing with all the people at DAS from the point of origin to delivery was positive. If ever purchasing a vehicle again, I would not hesitate to ues them.
