I used to recommend DAS until I had to use them myself!

Estimated delivery was 2 weeks. However the car didn't begin transportation for pick up lot for 3 weeks. Then our car was damaged in the process and unsafe to drive. However DAS told us the only way they would directly pay for the repair was if we took the car in and got quotes and got a quote pre approved by them before repair (thus delaying our ability to have a working car even longer.) I said, but the car isn't safe to drive. They said then we would have to go through our insurance to have it dropped off at an auto-body shop then our insurance would have to bill them back. So we had to go through that, pay our deductible and wait for reimbursement, which we haven't gotten yet.

So the car ended up coming 2 weeks after the estimated delivery and we didn't have a working car for another week until it was fixed. All total 5 weeks!!

Did DAS pay for a rental car for any of that time? NO
Did DAS contact me to see how they could make things right and reduce our cost? NO
Was DAS friendly? Well I got an e-mail that said we are sorry for the inconvenience but other than that they were very matter and sometimes rude.
Would I ever use DAS or recommend them to others? Heck no!
