2012 Dodge Challenger
Mileage 817
Shipped: OPEN CARRIER

I transported a 2012 Dodge Challenger from Parker, CO to Tampa, FL. They picked up my vehicle as soon as they could to secure payment. Then the few weeks afterwards was frustrating. My car sat in their shipping lot for over a week and a half before a Semi picked it up. Luckily I invested in a MoparGPS system so I was able to track the actual location of my vehicle instead of trusting customer service. As for customer service - or lack thereof, was a joke. I contacted them a few times, to be placed on hold and then disconnected. I would call my main contact to who would never return phone calls. You will received two emails from them. One saying your car is "In-transit." Which for me was sitting in their lot for almost 2 weeks. Then "Delivered." Once I actually was riding around again in my vehicle. I don't know how people could do it without having a GPS tracking system - Never trust what they tell you or where your vehicle is.

As for the arrival - It was nearly a week late, which resulted in having to extend my rental car for the extra week cost. The car was filthy, but nothing a nice scrub wash can't handle. The brakes made a grinding noise that wasn't there when I gave it to them, but that problem was fixed by bringing it into a brake place.

I wasn't terribly thrilled at paying a grand and getting the horrible customer service and the minor brake repair that I needed after I received it. I would suggest shipping with someone else, investing in a GPS system and select to send your car enclosed rather than open.
