After firing the first transport company I called DAS and they made me feel a little bit better. After they got my car that was it. I told them it was urgent that I received car by second week of August, they said no problem. I kept going on line to track my vehicle and two weeks later it was still in Ohio. I kept emailing them and calling, they kept assuring me Inwould have it by August 16. August 12 I asked them how was I gonna get it by the 16 if It has not left terminal yet. They tell me to call back next day they don't know what's going on. I call back the 13 and then they say I won't receive the car until 25 or 26 approx. No explanation no nothing. On top of it when I asked for my money to be refunded they deducted money for holding my car for 3 weeks. They suck and they made this birthday present frustrating and helpless.
