This is the second time I used Dependable Auto Shippers; the first was for a move of similar length two years ago. Both times I was impressed by accuracy of their time estimates and the care with which they treated my car.

My only complaint is on the communication side of things: I received notice that my car had finally left the Chicago area the same morning I also received notice that it had arrived in Los Angeles. Clearly there had been a mistake! I was just getting off the airplane that had carried me across country when I learned that the trucker was at my new apartment trying to deliver my car. Obviously I was not there to sign for it. After some confusion they delivered my car two days later.
