Multiple problems with DAS this time. I am a multiple-time DAS customer, by the way.
1) Paid for driveway pick-up service and terminal pick-up at destination. I was charged the max rate: driveway pick-up at origin city and driveway delivery at destination city. This did not match the contract.
2) Item missing from the vehicle. Why?
3) The entire car was gone though and left in a messy state. Why?!
4) Very difficult to get in touch with DAS Customer Service. I was never called or updated along the way by DAS. When I did call it was difficult to get through and little or no info was available.

Very surprised about this low level of service for the maximum charge applied.
