After researching how the auto shipping business works, receiving quotes, phone calls and emails, and reading numerous reviews on many different companies, I made the decision to use Dependable Auto Shippers. Every quote from every other company were basically all around the same price. The ultimate deciding factor was their customer service. One company (Ship a Car Direct) I spoke to (which had good reviews -later I found out it was a paid review site) was so curt to me on the phone that I actually told him it feels like it's a pain in his ass to be answering my questions and that he is down right rude!
When I called DAS, and EVERY TIME I called DAS, everyone I spoke with (LaDonna, Jamie, a couple names I remember) where very very helpful, kind, courteous, and sensitive to my concerns.

From reading so many reviews about how this auto shipping industry and process works, it seemed that the biggest complaints were how long it took, and how poor customer service was. Since DAS exceeded my expectation with great customer service, I acquiesced to the fact the car would take longer than I thought. Boy was I surprised when I received an email update stating that the vehicle is on it's way to it's final journey.....three days AHEAD of schedule! California to North Carolina was the trek.

Hopefully I never have to ship a vehicle again, but if I do, I feel confident in using Dependable Auto Shippers.
