Very nice up front, then they literally disappear. My 2014 Infiniti sat on a lot (in a rough area of town) for 10 days before the truck came to pick up; the latest update is it is sitting in a lot in Georgia since June 12th. I cannot get an answer from anyone; I spoke to customer service manager - Karen Johnsen once and she assured me that she would call me with status updates. Now I can only get her voicemail- -she will not call me back. Scary part is my daughters car went into transit on June 13th. I hope we see these cars before end of June….but I'm not betting on it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THES FOLKS. They are mean, rude and lack good customer service. I was told, "Well, I guess you didn't read the fine print of your contract!" - WOW!! Oh, and hit star 67 before you call to check status; they pick up on repeat callers phone numbers and send you straight to voice mail…..it's strange.
