It took 31 days to receive my vehicle. When I asked for a compesation review, they offered me $75 and told me that is all they would give me. When I asked to escalate this to higher management, they emailed back and said after further review that i should ask my company for compesation because I had them hold my car while I waited to see where it was going to ship to. This had nothing to do with it being 31 days late as the 31 days started after I paid for it to be shipped to Washington knowing where it was going to go. It just shows how bad of a manager Karen Johnson is. For a company that is 50 years old, I am surprised at how bad their customer service is.
