God Help you if you use Dependable Auto Shippers.....they are the worst excuse for a professional company I have ever experienced in my 48 years of being a consumer!!

The only reason I used this "company" was that EBay recommended them!! So much for EBay and their recommendations!

This "company" did nothing but take my money - up front, refuse to return my phone calls, refuse to explain what they were doing to try to find a transport for me and make excuses. This continued for 15 days!!

James Martin the "guy in charge" quoted to me that they were a "multi-million dollar company" but that didn't help me get my truck moved.

Elmer Clay - "salesman" basically misrepresented everything to me and then wasn't man enough to even return my calls.

Kay Bowser in "special logistics" couldn't or wouldn't expalin to me what steps were being taken to find a carrier to move my truck....she was real good at making excuses....

Gail Pearson - in dispatch, hired a multiple car carrier to pick up my truck....not what I ordered and payed for....so I had to get that straight.

Chuck Kerr - another so called "manager" wasn't man enough to return my calls either.

Then when I fired them they were upset.....??? They did nothing for 15 days except use my money and give me the "RUN AROUND"!!

Then after all that crap.....Samone Overshown from ...get this..."Quality Assurance" called me to find out what happened!!! What a joke...it gets better.....in the end DAS sent me $100 in American Express Gift Cards....!!! They tried to buy me off.....!!!

Well, I'm going to cash the gift cards (if they are any good) and get drunk and try to forget that this is still the greatest country in the world....man is there room for improvement or what!!

God Help You if you are foolish enough to give your money to these idiots!! Learn from my mistakes.....don't be a fool and use the EBay group.....Ebay has no clue and won't help you either.....

I then hired Specialty Mobile Systems and they moved my truck in one day of hiring them....I got the truck in 3 days and it cost $500 dollars less!!
