car never picked up; very misleading statements about timeframe

When we had given the order, the sales rep had told us that we had to specify a window of about 10 days for pickup. We had very specifically specified the day it would have to picked up *at the latest*, and he based the timeframe on that. When I called shortly before the end of the window, car still sitting there, the customer service rep first tells me that "it is on time to be picked up between [first day] and [last day]"; then, upon my remark that it's close to the end of that window, she says, "oh, you know, the window is just an estimate; we don't guarantee ANY days. It could be next month too." That was definitely not what the sales rep had told us and what we had agreed to, and simply didn't work for us, and left us to arrange for a different company to do the job with just three days left.
