My vehicle was picked up on 9/17/14 and was to be delivered on 10/6/14 at my new location. Well it is 10/8/14 and after several phone calls they are telling me that the earliest my vehicle will be here is 10/14/14. I do not believe them however. I was called at 9 am today and was told it would be here tomorrow 10/9/14 and five hours later it is now maybe going to be here on 10/14/14 at the earliest. DO NOT use this company, they hold you vehicle hostage without any remorse what so ever. They offer to put me in a rental car at my expense and wait for reimbursement, not a chance. Why would I believe them that they would reimburse me? I wouldn't, Dependable Auto Shippers are a total joke, they pick you vehicle up and let it sit for 2 weeks at a Hub before it even gets loaded on a truck, then delay after delay. I can only hope that it gets here at some point. The best part is my vehicle was just repainted and had a lot of other work done to it before it left, so I know it was in perfect condition when it left my house. Custom paint mixed 1800 miles away that will be near impossible to replicate, hope they have a plan if my vehicle has any kind of damage. That is if I ever see it again.
Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of scum bags.
