Damaged car, denied claim. DAS is dishonest

Had a terrible experience with this company. DAS is a bunch of crooks as far as I can tell. I paid 1200 to ship my car from Chicago to Boise. They damaged the car. I had scratches on my wheel well that will cost me $500 to fix. They delivered my car in the dark, and since I did not notice the scratches right away, they denied my claim. I am a bit surprised that company's can get away with stuff like this. They must have a stranglehold on the market. With all the negative reviews, I don't know why anyone would work with them. I should have checked YELP first. The rep I worked with was Taylor Zamora - basically talked in circles for 30 minutes after they denied my claim. She knows DAS or one of their vendors damaged the vehicle, yet they won't offer me anything. Their justification was that I "took too long to report the damage." It took me 36 hours to notice. Having a real hard time with the whole lack of integrity of DAS. What a crock
