Used this company as it was referred from someone we know. He heard of this company but never used it before. After 10 days past the ETA date, which was 18 days quote, we called and called and called. Always gave us the run around from we have to call dispatch to it's in transit. As of today, more than 30 calendar days later, we still have no idea where our car is or when we will see it again. How can a company like this be allowed to stay in business and continue to scam customers? Do yourself a favor and vet another shipper thoroughly. Consider my pain and extreme frustration your warning.
