DAS does not allow or take liability for items left in a vehicle for shipping. However, in this case, our Gardena, CA Terminal Manager made an exception. It was later determined that leaving the light bar in trunk could cause damage to the item, the vehicle or both during shipping, so it was removed. DAS Customer Service has left messages for this customer so we can get an address ship the light bar to him. So far we have not heard back.
