This is the second time using DAS for a cross-country move. I used them again because on the previous occasion, we had 3 cars to move and they were all picked up on time and delivered early. They were washed and there was no damage to any vehicle. The movers were polite and courteous and always called in advance before pick-up and delivery.

On this move, I was moving by myself. I chose DAS once again because of the previous reasons, but also because their price was the most reasonbable. I checked 4 other companies and the response from DAS was not annoying; meaning they did not hound me once I asked for their service and rates. They understood that I was checking around for price and allowed me that time. Other companies constantly e-mailed me even after I told them that I had already chosen another company.

Sylvia was my rep and she stayed in contact with me; when I e-mailed some changes, she responded immediately to let me know she received the update. This was very reassuring.

When I was called and told my car had arrived, I was so surprised and happy because it was about 4-5 days early!! It was washed and not a scratch on it.

I highly recommend this company and would definitely use their services again.
