Worst company ever.they pick up fast and then you are screwed. it is brutal to get a real person on the phone and when you do it is all bullshit. they cant give you any answers.1 weeks ago today they promised me a call back with ETA.still nothing after 5 more calls.all they tell you is your car is sitting somewhere (mine is at a towing yard in NJ) and waiting to be picked up.but cant tell you when it will be picked up.absolutly terrible. don't do it.choose anyone else.

Lastly I mentioned to the customer service rep that I wish I had done my research and seen their reviews. her comment was the reviews are meaningless to them because they have been in business so long. nice !! pick anyone else !!!
