they were supposed to deliver vehicle from Cal to IL and advised me of 2 weeks. After two weeks past, the vehicle is still sitting at the originated terminal. to get lived person, it is almost impossible... finally I get someone or the guy who I originally talked just transferred me to customer service where I have never get a lived person... keeps lying and wasting my time. I highly recommend NOT to use this company.
