DAS has researched this order. The customer was given a 14 transit time. On the 8th day he decided to cancel his orde and retreive his car from our terminal. Considering that the due date was essentially a week out when he cancelled, it seems unfair to assume we would be late. If is not unusal for a vehicle to wait at an origin terminal for an extended time waiting for pick up by the car carrier. However, since DAS uses driving teams, the vehicles travel quickly to destination and meet the originally promised due date.
