We are sorry to hear of the difficulty this customer had. DAS will not ship a vehicle until the move is paid for. This explained in the pre-shipment paperwork and the contract. While the pre-shipment paperwork may have been sent to the wrong e-mail address, the contract was handed to the customer at time of pick up. Addtionally, several attempts were made to reach this customer by telephone to resolved this issue. After finally receiving payment, the vehicle was transported in 13 days.
