This company is AWFUL. Not only did it take them a month to move my car when they say it will take 7-14 days, but the employees don't know anything and can never help. They were running ten days behind and one employee told me they were much too busy to inform their customers of this delay! They wouldn't let me speak to management, EVER, and didn't return my calls and emails. My boyfriend and I moved across the country and spend an extra $900 on car rentals as we had both of our cars shipped with this terrible joke of a company, and needed vehicles for work. I WARN YOU, pick another company, because although their prices are lower, DAS will probably end up costing you more in the long run.
Additionally, they do not reimburse for car rentals, and there was a mistake made on my order so it took an extra week and a half due to one employee's error (Richard). I spoke to a dozen different people, and no one could ever tell me when I could expect my car. In fact, they all seemed annoyed that I was at all upset that my car took so long. My boyfriend and I are just starting our life together, and we wasted $900 of our savings, as well as over $2,000 to ship both of our cars with DAS. My car still isn't here, so I just hope there is no damage when I finally receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR ACCOMODATING. SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND USE A MORE RELIABLE COMPANY THAT GARANTEES A DELIVERY TIME.
