Pros: 1. Cheap. 2. Fast - I got my car from Seattle to Florida in 10 days.
Cons: At pickup they checked my vehicle inch by inch and noted even dust as scratches. But at the delivery, the vehicle was dirty & I was not given enough time to check my vehicle for any scratches. The delivery guy said there wouldn't be any scrathes - which are not obvious and made me sign quickly. But when I got the vehicle home and washed it, I noticed a 4 inch scratch on the drivers side door and I cannot claim it now even though I bought their insurance.
So, I'd suggest all of you not to sign-off until you wash the vehicle and check it thouroughly - they won't let you do that at the delivery. So, make sure that you put this obligation while getting a quote or at the pickup.
And always assume there will be scratches at the delivery - so don't sign off until you are sure you checked the entire vehicle.
