To see I am angry is being kind. Your company is a disgrace, and the people working for it are a joke. I paid $200 for expedited shipping. I dropped my car off at the terminal Friday May 15th, on the 9th day when my vehicle should have arrived, i tried contacting someone, and couldnt reach anyone. The next day I called the terminal in NJ, where my car was, and was told ("I can have someone drop it off at your home by Wednesday or Thursday). So thats 2 DAYS LATE. I HAD TO GO OUT OF MY WAY, DRIVING 50 MILES TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE. ...After i pick up my vehicle, I find that my sunglasses were stoled out of my car. But the white trash person had the audcaity to leave the case. (the glasses were under all my registration and insurance papers in my glove compartment). As im driving home, i go to pay a toll, and i find that my plastic bag with quarters in it, in my cenbter console was stolen out of my car! Who steals quarters?? So someone actually searched my car, and stole everything they could.
After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, i was told there was nothing that could be done with the items stolen, and nothing that could be done with the fact that your company was late delivering my car. And didnt even actually deliever it!
I paid for expedited shipping to my door. - I had to pick up my vehicle 2 days late from a terminal, with everything stolen.
Your company is an absolute joke, your employees are white trash disrespectful disgusting people.
And its funny how the only way i could talk to someone on the phone was if i called to "book a quote". Thats the only way I could actually speak to someone right away, without waiting on hold for 40 minutes.

I will never ever use "DAS" again. And I WILL make it well known about how your company is run, and the creeps who are behind it.

DAS has attempted to research this move. Unfortunately, the order number provided is not a DAS order number and although we tried some variations of the number given, we are still unable to find the order. As the customer only uses "Z" as a name, we could not track it by name either. However, if this is our customer and did in fact pay for expedited transit that was not acheived, it is DAS policy to refund the expedite fee. If the customer decided to pick up the vehicle but had paid for door delivery, the door delivery fee would also be refunded. Of course, if the customer was as abusive on the phone as in this review, it is possible that he didn't give our CS staff a chance to help him. In regards to the alledged theft, DAS takes all reports of theft very seriously. However, just like every other carrier on this site, we tell all customers to remove any and all personal items for shipping. If the customer decided to leave items in the vehicle, it was at his risk. As we do not inventory contents (because there should be none), we cannot verify that the items were ever actually there and cannot accept a claim.
