Would not use again. I paid a premium for a shorter delivery window. They picked it up 6 days late and delivered three beyond the last day. Their "tracking: feature never worked other than the words "In Transit".
Watch out when using their quote system. They will provide a quote with a "PICK-UP DAY" to get you to commit and make payment. Three days after their stated pickup day I was told...no, that really means the "first available" day for pickup... very misleading. They then assured me it would be delivered on time. Wrong again by three days.
IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, READ THE CONTRACT. THEY MUST PAY A 15% PER DAY PENALTY FOR EACH DAY IT IS LATE... I collected!!
In my case, it appears this company is only a broker who contracts out the actual shipment.
