As I stated in my earlier review, we were told we could put 100 lbs. in our car as long as items were secure & covered. We understood that carrier was not responsible for personnel items as stated in your advertisements. We were not expecting our car to be ransacked! Glove compartment and console had been gone through and items were missing and documents on car floor. Items that were in the covered area of SUV were out of bags and found in 2nd seat of SUV as well as plastic bins w/clothes, etc. missing. All items were secure & covered as we were instructed to do - someone went through our entire car!
