This is the worst run company I have ever seen. It has been almost a month since quote was given and paid for. To date vehicle still not picked up, we have called several times, left messages for manager Johnny (who never returns calls), waited on hold over 20 minutes and know answer, emailed customer service and never gotten a response, finally got someone on the phone and we were told that the quote they gave us and what was paid for, that they could not find anyone to ship it for that, what is all the bs about we own and operate our own fleet, on time shipping, this company is a joke, still waiting and waiting and waiting.

The vehicle been discussed was a hearse that required special handling. The possibility of a delay was explained to the customer at time of booking and we apologize if we did not explain this clearly up front.
