I used the terminal-to-terminal option. The drop-off was handled very efficiently. It took less than 20 minutes. The vehicle reached the destination terminal on time. The vehicle was in excellent condition. They even detailed the vehicle for me. There was a bit of delay while picking up the vehicle, but they waived the storage charge that I had incurred because of the wait. Customer service was always prompt in sending me confirmations, status, etc. I would use DAS again if I were to move.
