I should have trusted the reviews here but my friend suggested this company. So, I went along with it. Their quote ($850) was more than double of what the other 5 star companies were asking. Plus I have to pay extra for insurance, picking up and delivery, etc. Adding another $250. These were all covered automatically by other companies.

The only reason I went with these guys is because I hoped they will provide good service for the extra money.

It was a very short distance of around 700 miles and most companies promised to deliver in 2-3 days to a week. DAS initially claimed to deliver in 10 days but that's just an estimate. I got the vehicle after a month and they almost move the vehicle all around NV and CA.

Customer service was bad. If you want to book a reservation, you'll get a guy immediately. If you want to check the status, you have to wait at least 15 mins online. I have hanged up many times before some one picked up on the other side.

They also damaged my car. I have made the guy note all the scratches. But when I went for estimate it DAS claims they have $250 deductible. I had to wait for 30 mins before getting anyone to talk to me about how to file a claim, etc.

I finally gave up on the claim because I'm highly skeptical I'll get anything back.

Please do yourselves a favor and use other 5 star companies from the list here. I wouldn't use them again.
