Poor Delivery Time

Transport from WA to NC

We dropped off our car on 7/31/09 with an anticipated delivery date of no later than 8/15/09. On 8/15/09 our car was still in Texas and DAS customer service would not confirm a delivery date. They did offer to expediate our vehicle for an additional $250. Obviously we did not pay them more money and it took an additional 7 days to delivery our car. They offered no apologies!

Aside from the delivery time and average customer service, our car was delivered in good condition.

Regrettably, an imbalance of freight coming out of California did create some delays throughout the US. As the customer did not purchase a guaranteed transit option, our shipping times are ESTIMATED. However, it is always our goal to achieve all of our ETA's. We apologize for the delay.
