Purchased car from Ebay. Seller told me when car was being picked up they were not careful. They used blocks under my bumper. Got the vehicle and had damage to the rear bumper and some trim pieces. This was a show car. Made a claim 7-8 days laterafter following all there steps they want to send someone out to view. only around a $1,000 fix. I want to get the car fixed they are very slow. I had to spend $100 for a lawyer now. I will give them until next week or I will sue. This has been a nightmare. DO NOT PAY FOR THE INSURANCE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I called my insurance for the car they would have it fixed in 24-48 hours.

In researching this move, we show this claim is still in progress. There were some questions regrading the initial estimate submitted, so we are sending out an independent appraiser at our expense to review the damage claimed. The customer has requested an appointment for 11/27 which is being fulfilled.
