DAS has researched this report. The vehicle was picked up at the customer's request three days before Christmas on a one day notice. Regrettably, we failed to properly advise this customer of the potential holiday delays (our drivers like to spend family time during the holidays as most people do) which caused a delay in our ETA of approximately 5 days. Please keep in mind that this customer did not purchase a guaranteed transit time option, so the "due date" is only an estimate. We apologize for not explaining this clearly enough and the inconvenience caused.
