SUV was picked up on 12-29-09 (quote on phone - delivery time about 2 weeks plus or minus 3 or 4 days). Today is 01-22-2010 and SUV is still in TX. No one return my calls. Been using rental vehicle for 2 weeks + and I'm sure they will not reimbursed my rental. File complaint with BBB (everyone should, this way will get the word out). If anyone have any advice of what my recourses are, please contact me. I would really appreciated (paid in full with CC). Thank you.
