Das cant tell me when to expect delivery

My pickup was picked up on time 3-12-2010 and was supposed to be delivered on 3-27-2010.It sat at the San diego terminal for a week and then was loaded on started on its journey.I tracked it on their system as it was moving,pretty neat system.It made a stop for a few days and then started to move again.It looked like I would get it early.It made it to the Frankfort Il. terminal and has been sitting there for over a week the date is 4-1-2010.I called customer service to find out when I should expect it so I could be available to recieve it because of working out of town.I was told that she couldnt tell me anything when to expect it.I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said I could talk to one but they couldnt tell me anything more.I told her not knowing when to expect it is tough because I work out of town and I am screwed if I am away and they call to bring it,because after 5 days you get hit with storage fees daily,She said you said it I didnt.And that the Frankfort and atlanta trminals are like black holes.So I dont what to do I am at their mercy.Does anyone have any suggestions?
