Car arrived prior to requested delivery date... which normally would be great except we were unaware of the early delivery - no one called us. Now they are trying to charge us a "storage fee"... They are not the cheapest and did not even provide door-to-door service...Customer service's only response is that "it is in the fine print" and "sorry". Nothing like a hostage fee before you can get your car... Do not use this company. They are very expensive and don't provide any real service...You can find better companies for less...I do NOT recommend them under any circumstances.
