My car was kept in their New Jersey terminal waiting for transport for 10 days (that was after I was assured they have their own trucks and no need to wait for an outside transporter!) then when eventually was taken out it took 13 days to get from NJ to CA. Had to use a rental for 23 days and they compensated me with 150$. DO NOT USE THEM.
