When I booked with DAS, I was told that the car would be delivered by 4/21, but this was a worst-case date, and it would most likely come sooner.
The car arrived on 4/30 with no explanation for the delay. Items were stolen from the glove box, and the trunk had been rifled through. Some idiot dropped his glasses in the trunk when he was looking for other things to steal.
Called to the DAS office and (after long hold time) was told that there's nothing that can be done. So no, I'm not happy with DAS at all.
I shipped a separate car with Specialty Mobile Systems, and it was a MUCH better experience, but a little more expensive.
