I chose this company off the internet. Felt really comfortable at first with the level of customer service that I was receiving. As soon as I paid for the express shipment to receive my car in 10 days. I feel that I was promised things that your company could not deliver.
My car was not only delivered a week late but it was filthy on the inside and outside. My calls were not met w/ urgency and no superevisor from DAS would take any of my calls. I am military and expressed this throughout and explained that it was imperative that this be a smooth transition. In the end i felt as though no one cared and no one followed up.
