The process of dropping the car off was easy the guy in manassas Virginia completed the process quickly wasn't to friendly but professional. For the first 2 days the online tracking system worked after that the site stated that my information could not be found so I had to call to get updates. The automated system says that my car will be delivered on the 18th . The tracking system sucks and the route whatever company das chose to ship my car took a crazy route my terminal was within 2 hours instead that driver went 5 hours away to south Florida instead of delivering my. Car . The system did not accurately updated the location when it finally was delivered.the system said it was still enroute to my location when the car was already there. I got no call or email notifying me that my car was delivered. And when we got to the terminal in Tallahassee Parkway wrecker the lady asked for no is I walked in and said I was here to pick my car up without saying anything she said you come to pick up the vary I sad yes she said go out and pull it around front the key is inside the car, she asked for no identification I could have been anyone and simply drove off with the car and she would have no clue as to who took the car. That's very bad business practice on Parkway wrecker behalf. And my girlfriend left her sunglasses in the eye glass holder in the ceiling while inspecting the car they were found in the seat and there is no.way they would have fallen out someone had to remove them physically. I would like to have been given information on who actually transported my car but never given that information
