Had to pay entire amount of transport up front. Then I had to drive my car to a towing yard where DAS picks up the cars. Their big claim is that their customers can track their cars progress online.
When I tried to track my vehicle is was TO BE LOADED. It was like that for 5 days before their customer service department finally told me that their truck broke down and they didn't know when my car would be picked up. I had to call them everyday about it - they never contacted me about the delay or the status. I cancelled the contract but I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded.
Then the towing yard wanted to charge me $100 to pick up the car and I refused. Once the deal was done and they had my $, Bobby wouldn't talk to me at all. He would refer me to customer service. They were polite but not knowledgeable and had no idea when my car would be picked up. I had no choice but to cancel my contract with them.
