after being referred to by my sisters friend who uses DAS i was confident that i would have a good result. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this has become. First off my car sat at the origin terminal up until a few days before the estimated time of arrival in florida. After it finally left it made it to El Paso, TX where it then headed BACK to california because the truck had "broken". I was given a new ETA of aug. 2 until a few days later it changed to aug 5th AND THEN changing again to aug 10th. They say it is because of their busy season and that there is nothing they can do about it. waiting on the phone for customer service will take you AT LEAST 20-30 minutes before you even get anyone on the phone to help you. do not use this company, stay away from them by all means. who knows how damaged my car is going to be if i even get it.
