Contacted dependable (which is an Oxymoron), they were very attentive to take my deposit and promise to pick up my vehicle on a particular date, and deliver it to my destination 3-4 days later. As it got within 2 days of the pick up, and hadn’t heard anything I started to email, no response (not a good sign). Finally reached them via phone on May 28th promised pickup on May 29th. They never called, I left messages finally told me in an email to call back later. When I did they kept promising to get the car, yet never did. Finally late in the day, they promised to call at 9am the next day and to pick up the car between 10-12, and get the car to Chicago by Tuesday June 3rd. No call at 9am, I called at 10am and they had no info and promised to call me back in 20 minutes, they called 45 minutes later, and told me to call the driver directly to arrange to get the car for pickup. When I called, he was not the driver, just a yard 30 minutes away to leave the car, which I had to drive too. Called Dependable back and asked when the car would be picked up from the yard and ultimately get to Chicago, once again no idea or answer. Don’t use these guys they are anything but Dependable! I should have checked the other reviews first!
