Dave tells people what they want to hear without taking any responsibility for anything. Car took 13 days to be delivered from Florida, nevermind the extra days for the two days of bad weather and the 3 days for the truck to be repaired in Florida and dont forget the extra time needed for to make a personal stop in Jamestown before delivering the car. I heard so many empty promises about when the car will be delivered, stayed home or left work early to meet them at the house where the car was suppose to be delivered. I got so fed up 10 days into I said get my car here to rochester from Jamestown, so whats he do he tows it on two wheels, blows the left front tire and drags the car for 70 miles on the Hartge p Classic I chrome rim. He finally says I'll have your car to your house on the 13th day, I'll call you at 1:00pm so we can meet at your house. Nothing until 4 oclock, I get a call from a dealership telling me car has been delivered there and not my house. They dropped my car off, I didn't sign for it and I got no bill of lading. Unitl today, 02-13-09, after 10 tries they fax over what looks like a made up bill. It says on the bottom no transport damage. How about that, No damage. My rim is destroyed, tire blown and the front of the bumper and valence wasn't even connected. Scratches across the whole front of the bumper.
Now Im pissed, they never call to say sorry for the damage, but he tells the deaalership to tell me he's going to take care of it. That means in my mind, make it the way it was. That rim is discontinued, $1395 for the rim from Germany in silver and the tire $350. Repair the paint and Valance on the front $350. $400 to ship it from Germany and $600 to chrome. All priced from a body shop. Know ing the cost of this we offer to buy 4 knockoff rims including 1 tire and the paint work for $1950. He basically says screw off. He wants to forgive the 400 for transport and maybe give me a 100 bucks. Oh ya I forgot he offered to let me buy a set of rims and tires from his friend for $800, what a guy. The rims on the car alone are worth 4G. I paid for the car with those rims, I want the car delivered with those rims. If you cant deliver what you promise orcare enough for the people that keep you in business you shouldn't be moving cars. Were going to court......
