More work than necessary

I needed to ship my car from Illinois to California, so I called a month in advance. They told me a dispatcher would call within a few days. A week later I called them to make sure everything was set, but instead the dispatcher told me nothing had been done for my order expect for some information that was in the system from my first call. I needed my car to get there on the Saturday or Sunday that I moved, so I could start work on Monday. They were apparently moving offices, which is why I gave them a break, but I regret that decision because my car got here multiple days later than I had asked for. They ended up using CFR Auto-Direct, which was great- I plan to use them directly next time. A few days before my pickup, I called Nate to get the info of the pickup, at which time he informed me that the delivery date would be anywhere from Tuesday to Thursday. I was obviously furious, so to calm me down he decided to blame the industry instead of taking responsibility. He had 2-3 full weeks before I had to get my car picked up, and the first time the dispatcher called me was the week before the pickup date, which is why my car got here late. When I called him again to say I didn't want to do business with him, he basically bullied me back into using him. I didn't have time to find another company, so I reluctantly went with this horrible service.
The icing on the cake was when I called CFR to make sure someone was picking up my car and they told me all of my contact info was incorrect including my phone number, email, and delivery address. If I hadn't called and set up the appointment, my car would have never gotten picked up because these imbeciles gave them the wrong information!!!
I will never use Diamond Line Transport again because they were more of a pain than anything else. What I learned was I could easily set up everything by myself since I basically had to do that anyway. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.
