To be honest they got my car there on time and undamaged.
What I have a problem with is that I was misled at the pick up and they would not answer and tell me the status of my shipment. The driver that picked up my car said that the transporter was 'close by' that the reason it was not here was he was afraid the subdivision was too small to let him get in and back out easily. As he drove away way to fast (50 - 60 MPH) for the subdivision I tried to follow him in my other truck. Because I know the shortest way out of the subdivision I caught up to him at the entrance. However I was cut off by what I believe to be the car that dropped him off. This blocking car kept me behind until I lost sight about 4 - 5 miles later.
So my complaints are:
1) I was lied to.
2) I did not like the way he drove my car - speed and recklessness.
3) My car had over 55 extra miles on it when it arrived.
4) when I called dispatch they would not tell me where my car was, where the transporter picked up my car or when it would get to the destination.
