Had an absolutely all around amazing experience! Jeanette was super kind, professional and understanding with everything from start to finish and was very organized with the booking and managing of everything. Our driver at pick up, Russell, was also kind and professional. He loaded and unloaded the car very professional and answered any questions we had. We live in NY and wrecked our truck and it needed to go to our hometown in TX. Like many, we did one of those "quick quotes" and were bombarded with tons of quotes. Diesel Auto Transport was one of them but they were the only one that took the time to call or follow up personally, because of this and reasonable price they stood out and were only one I reached out to and booked with. Shipping a car (especially because of a wreck) is such a stressful and hard time, Jeanette and Russell were truly a blessing to us and I cannot thank them enough for providing such fantastic service. Thanks so much!
