Being frustrated with the company that transported us to FL after a month's notice of pickup date, I went on-line to get other quotes. Spoke with James O'Connor on Saturday who explained the issues associated with dealing with brokers as opposed to a company that has trucks to put your car on. Our return flight was on Wednesday so we wanted the car picked up the following Tuesday. We were told that would happen. I called James after the approximate time had passed. He was unable to give an explanation why it had not happened but promised to get back to me first thing Wednesday morning. He did! I then spoke with the dispatcher who explained the problem but told me the truck was on its way to get the car. Pickup went smoothly and delivery was exactly when we were told it would be. Heard from Randy again on delivery date and then the driver. James returned all of my phone calls promptly and did his best to make sure pickup and delivery went smoothly. He was able to get it done with very short notice. The glitch was rectified immediately and there were no annoying canned emails in lieu of speaking with someone who gets the job done. We will use Direct Auto Carrier and James again. They were very responsive to our needs.
