This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. Jonathan Baldrige representated himself as a partner in the company. Bryan then tells me that Jonathan is no longer with the company, and he is the head of the company. Bryan dodged my calls with false promises to return my calls but I had to call him back numerous times. The day before the scheduled pick-up day Bryan tells me that he doesn't have a truck to put me on. When the drivers came to pick up my vehicle they told my agent in charge of my vehicle the would load my vehicle if we paid them $120.00 for items that I was told that I could have in the vehicle if I covered them. I paid the deposit/down payment as agreed, but upon delivery the driverswould unload only if I paid them an additional$700.00. With all of the lies and deception, I would never use Direct Auto Movers again!

This gentleman has mistaken our company for another one- there is absolutely no jonathan that has ever worked here. I have tried to contact him but there is no way to get him on the phone and he doesn't reply to the email address on the review. Please remove this so it doesnt hurt business- He may have recieved a quote from us but we never actually facilitated the move of his car. He has no credit card reciept to prove he was a customer Nick 817-287-1396
